Park at the bottom of drive and walk to the house. Going to be interesting get the truck in and out of here in the winter!
Land is lush and green as with everywhere in Galacia. A small valley on the left. The house is a beautiful local stone. All the doors are solid chestnut. Incredible single slab stone wall! Stone roof. Inside is very dark except for 1 end which was obviously the last to be in habitated. Lots of work but ooooo soooo much potential. Will be heavenly....in 5-10 years!
Some snack back at the truck. Molly not happy, may be teething. On the road again she is soon asleep.
Stop in Sabardo.
Visit the monestry/church. Delightful and impossing architecture.
More moo cows!
Stop for some beers in a local cafe. Very friendly owners. Molly befriends them and is soon running round with crisps and various other snacks.
Hit the shop. Woo a little pricey this place
Look for a park up- find a track heading into the forest with a place wide enough to get the truck so that people can pass if necessary. 180 degree turn then unpack. Good spot on the moor, lots of heather and bracken.
