Lugo

- Ouch, nailed on the temple by book. Molly's up! That hurt.
- Head for walk along the river bank. Lovely.
- Head into Lugo in the truck to use the Internet and have a look around. Park the truck by the Uni.
- I hate internet cafe's. Never the right s/w or connections and sooooo slow.
- Billy sorts some of the final bits for his money transfer. There house is quickly becoming reality. woooo.
- Head into the old city. Sit in the main plaza and grab some beers. Molly's off; playing with the locals, been given food and absconding with the kids toys.
- Take the truck to an old park up of Billy and Mandy's by the fly over. Arrive in the dark - seems a little bit of a grim place (first impressions).
- More chats and beers.

Castilla Y Leon & drive to Lugo

- Wake up; Molly is alive!
- Beautiful hot day. Walk about with Molly on my shoulders. Play football.
- Billy prepares a wicked roast lamb lunch. Yummy.
- Olive bucket baths for Molly.
- Pack up and drive for Lugo.
- Head for old park up but there is roadworks. Sugar! Drive about for ages but finally find an alternative route to the park up.
- Great spot even if the access road looks too steep for the truck - Mental Mandy the trucker has no problems. Park up is 5 minutes from the river and we are surrounded by beautiful old oaks. Oasis in the sprawling metropolis.
-Beer dinner.

Near Valle de Finolledo (Reserva national de los Ancares)

Travel through a heartless (?) coal mining town. First time travelling in the back. Funny watching people and their reactions, first to the truck then seeing a femail driver and finally Molly - he he, like watching stone melt.
- Park near an cemetry for wild boar sausage and work out where to head next.
- Bizarre journey in the back of the truck. Fall asleep for a while but get disorintated, plus looking at the window is more fun. Where are we going?
- Find an (other) amazing park up away from anywhere. Lots of sweet chesnut trees.
- More beer, or was it a wine evening?

Up early. Stress level a little high.
Billy and I head for the hills. MM head to the caves??!
Good hike. Interesting verticle drop off's! Amazing cave paintings (?) 2500 years old or 1980? Nice bars. More cider and a doobie overlooking a spectular valley.

MM return. Mad walk about up un-pram friendly paths.
Time to drive - ah, thats where the caves are. Quick explore round the high secrity fence.

Parkup nightmare - is it staight? Try reversing ah may be not. Round the corner? na, sod it that is near enough. Nice corner on the road.
Cider walk to the caves? BMM return back I go exploring. Ah, getting a little dark.

Head for caves
A little damp but a good park up in the caves car park. 1 car already there which turns out to be a couple of old boys gone hunting. Billy befriends them and has a chat for a while.
Feels like being in a Swiss Valley! Wonderful long green grass, with a mixed chesnut wood on the right with the hills climbing up on the left.
More lush food.

Carino - Beach

Stop on outside of Carino to stretch the legs and for the thuthers to have a smoke
Head into town. Bump into some friends, organise for them to meet us in the afternoon.
Have a walk along the sea front
Get supplies. Town full of little alleys.
Head to beech via a potential park up. Turns out to be a very narrow road which ends in the sea! Panda has to reverse all the way back up the steep road. Gong Fu driving. Beach is beautiful with an idea car park. Get the truck parked so we can see the sea. Get the fire started. Crack open a few beers.
Have a wonder along the beach.
Hang out here for a couple of days, chilling out, listening to music and going for walks.
